a. For Event Administrators:

• Account Information: Your email address (used for login and verification via OTP).

b. For Event Guests:

2. How We Collect Information

All information is collected directly from you through forms within our application. We do not collect information from third parties or through automated tracking technologies like cookies for the purpose of collecting personal data.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

a. To Provide and Operate Our Services:

• • For Guests' Data: The names, optional phone numbers, and optional email addresses of guests are used solely to facilitate the core functionality of our software, including generating and sending digital invitations, managing guest lists, and enabling features like QR code entry.
• • For Event Administrators' Data: Your email address is essential for creating and managing your Attevia account, verifying your identity (via OTP), and providing you with access to our services.

b. For Communication and Support:

• Your email address (for event administrators) is used to provide customer support, respond to your inquiries, and send you important service-related notifications.

c. For Marketing (Event Administrators Only):

• • We may use your email address to send you marketing communications about Attevia's new features, promotions, or other relevant information. You will have the option to opt-out of these communications.

Attevia does not share your personal information (including guest data and event administrator data) with any third parties. Your data remains confidential and is used exclusively for the purposes outlined in this policy.

• Event Data (including guest information): This data is retained for a period of two (2) months after the event date. After this period, the event data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
• Event Administrator Account Information: Your name and email associated with your account will be retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, this information will be promptly removed, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain data.

7. Your Data Rights

As a user of Attevia, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction/Rectification: You can modify your name associated with your Attevia account. Your email address, once registered, cannot be changed for account security reasons.
• Deletion: Event administrators can delete their accounts at any time. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed from our active systems.
• Objection to Marketing: You can opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

Attevia's services are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child under 16, we will delete such information from our records.
